Please understand that when our classes are full we turn down other students for that place in class, because of this all sales are final.

If a student misses a class for any reason they will be given a credit to use toward any class of equal value for up to one year. The student must call to set a class make up date and will be placed in any open classes. This credit can be given or sold to another student or friend of the person who purchased the class. 911 Medical Education Inc. must be informed of this switch/sale by purchaser.  Classes do fill very quickly and make up dates only apply to any open classes at that time.  We will be glad to do this "reset" ONE TIME at no additional charge. If the "reset class" appointment is missed this will then result in loss of funds. We do not guarantee placement in the same month if all classes are full. We will do our best to accommodate you and your schedule to the best of our ability.

Additional Note on Policy:

Don't let the non-refund policy scare you. You can reset if you miss or cancel your appointment. The other facilities may not have the "non-refund" policy but if you cancel or miss the class due to emergency, illness, getting called in to work,  they will keep the price of the class (or most of it) and WILL NOT allow you to reset in most cases. We try to be understanding and allow you to reset to any open class free of charge. We also allow you to resell a seat in a class that you have not used. Refunds can not be given for many reasons....costs, hiring of instructors, small class sizes, charges involved in processing the sale, many charges from third parties involved. I hope that you try and understand why we must do business in this manner.
